Uneven scar from conventional dorsal slit method.

'Dorsal slit technique’ is still the gold standard in male circumcision. It is done with conventional dorsal slit followed by circumferential free hand cutting of the prepuce, followed by securing of all the bleeding points and then the wound closed by interrupted stitches.
